Goal – Salesforce project manager & administrator (250-500 Salesforce users) with the plan to implement Salesforce Lightning, create a partner portal for client access and integrate Salesforce with ERP systems. I prefer a hybrid model with remote work coupled with in-house meetings. I have a proven track record as a change agent in both financial and sales operations. My greatest strength of the ability to analyze the problem, communicate the solution and implement the proposed solution. I am a Certified Salesforce advanced administrator with 15 years Salesforce B2B and B2C implementation experience as well as 5 years Salesforce community partner portal experience. I currently have been actively managing two Salesforce environments - one for profit and one non-profit for many years. I use Trailhead (Four-Star Salesforce Ranger) and and Udemy (flow and tableau) extensively. My 15 years of Salesforce experience includes project management and covers the following industry sectors: • Defense • Insurance • Non-Profit • Media • Pharmaceutical • Technology • Telecommunications The CPA background and ERP experience makes me uniquely qualified to implement Salesforce with ERP systems. I primarily use Dell Boomi middleware to integrate Salesforce data with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and QuickBooks.
