About Joseph Rosowski

I have been a forensic document examiner almost as long as I have been in law enforcement. I provide my services as a document and handwriting expert to legal, judicial and private organizations. My expert testimony and written reports support conclusions relative to the identification and elimination of suspects based upon the examination of handwriting and handprinting, I also identify counterfeit documents, develop and identify latent fingerprints, develop latent handwritten impressions, and maintain confidentiality involving employee investigations. I provide direct support and maintain a professional contact with attorneys and other federal, state and local investigators,(SEPTA, Philadelphia Prison System Internal Affairs Division, University of PA P.D, Woodlyn P.D. Swarthmore P.D, Winslow Township P.D, Pennsauken P.D, Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware County District Attorney’s Offices and various federal taskforces). I have given lectures and seminars relative to Forensic Document Examination. As a police officer, I investigate criminal activity and arrest perpetrators. During my tenure with the Northampton Township Police Departmart, I have earned the title of Crash Reconstructionist. I have completed the three phases of crash instruction, basic, intermediate and reconstruction. I have investigated non-reportable, reportable and fatal traffic crashes. I have become proficient in the use of the Nikon Total Station laser measurement system. I have photographed, measured and determined the causation of hundreds of crashes. Finally, I continue the business started by my father Walter and provide tax preparation services to individuals and business.
