About Joseph Ser

Joseph graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a Bachelor of Business. Throughout his academic journey, he demonstrated his leadership skills by spearheading initiatives that benefited over 1,200 NBS students as part of his involvement in the academic club. He also successfully led and organized the inaugural Inter-School E-Sports Games, where his efforts resulted in securing top-tier sponsorships and achieving a high participation rate, further highlighting his ability to drive successful outcomes. Currently serving as a Proposal Specialist, also known as an RFP writer, within the Client Solutions team at Partners Group, Joseph plays a critical role in effectively communicating the firm's competitive advantages and product positioning to enable client relationship managers to enhance their fundraising efforts. His position requires strong collaboration and interaction with various teams across the organization, including portfolio and risk management, investment professionals, and other corporate departments. With a growth mindset, Joseph strives to learn more about the private markets from the best. He actively contributes to his team's success by crafting high-quality RFPs and maintaining marketing materials for the Global Infrastructure and inaugural Infrastructure Secondary funds.
