Relocated to California to help in consolidating 3 locations into one. 2020-2022 Procurement and Outsourcing for Tank Holding Sourcing both domestic and international acquiring new vendors and or developing better relations with current. Developed structure oriented pricing agreements, cost savings analysis, and product consolidation. he company has went back to their roots returning the name to Meese Inc. in June of 2018. Promoted to Purchasing Manager in 2016. 30 years of experience in plastics. Over the past 30 years I have developed additional skills I have created 900 plus job procedures for products for both Proprietary and Custom that outline the complete production of parts including shipping. Instructions are in text and pictorial. Maintained the Quality program and Safety Program. Created improvements in production and assembly. Created proprietary product specification sheets used by sales, weight. standard assembly and extras. in production flow. The 5s, sort, straighten, shine, standardize that has manual and automated features to help in the process of assembly.
