Monro, Inc.(Retired)- 4/1/17 to the 5/1/23 Special Advisor – Acquisitions in a part-time capacity for a $1.3 Billion Publicly Traded (MNRO) Automotive retailer with over 1,300 stores in over 30 States. From 4/14 through 3/17, Executive Vice President in a part-time capacity, leading tire sourcing and tire vendor relationships, and assisting with acquisitions, advertising and marketing. From 10/06 through 3/14, Executive Vice President — Store Operations. From 5/06 to 9/06, President — of Monro’s Tire Group. Prior to May 2006, Divisional Vice President — Tire Stores since joining Monro, Inc. in March 2004. Mr. Tire, Inc. – 10/1/70 - 2/28/04, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, which I co-founded in 1970. Co-engineered the growth from one store to twenty-six Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and $51 million in revenue (in 2004 dollars), while achieving #1 market share in the Baltimore metro area in Retail Tire unit sales. Atlantic Automotive / Mile One – 10/98 - 2/04, Mr. Tire, Inc. was part of Atlantic Automotive / Mile One. Negotiated a merger whereas Mr. Tire, Inc. became part of Atlantic Automotive which during this time had over 40 New Car Dealerships in the Baltimore / Washington area. Acquired Preferred Stock in Atlantic Automotive as part of the transaction along with two seats on Atlantic’s Executive Board. Mr. Tire, Inc. operated independently under the Tomarchio leadership during this time. In March 2004, Mr. Tire, Inc. was spun-off and acquired by Monro, Inc. Tire Alliance Groupe (TAG) – 2003 - 2018, member of the Board of Directors, the largest Tire buying group in the USA. MAIF (Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund) – 2005 - 2007, past Chairman of the Board. Appointed to this position by the Governor of Maryland in 2005, elected to Chairman of the Board in 2006. Trecastagni Management South, LLC – 1998 to the present, Managing Partner of Trecastagni, which I founded to manage real estate and investments which exceeds $50 million in assets.
