Thirty - six years’ experience in the natural gas industry with 8 years’ field operations and production, 6 years’ regulatory permitting and land agent, 22 years DOT pipeline compliance management. Pipeline construction and inspection experience in both upstream and downstream applications on facility and pipeline related work.My area of responsibilities with Petroleum Development Corp.(PDC ) included West Virginia, Pennsylvania & Michigan. Also I was very active in the interim development of projects located in Utah, Colorado, North Dakota, & Wyoming pipeline projects up to 2007. Some of these projects included:• Managed routing and construction of pipelines, installation of compression and M&R facilities. Managed right of way acquisitions in the Colorado Wattenberg & Piceance Basin operating area.• Secured fresh water contract for short term and long term strategies for PDC’s water supply needs from the Colorado River Conservation Authority and secured a lease contract with Exxon for the use of an existing water structure.• Initiated installation and managed PDC in house data base to meet the requirements for Colorado State Air Pollution Emission’s for the first 150 Vapor Recovery Units beginning March 15, 2005.• Worked with PDC western management and production team to work on short term and long term goals to reduce costs for production water disposal needs in the Piceance Basin for its developmental and production operations.• 2011-2012 Managed the acquisition, design, construction & installation of 21 miles of 6”, 8”, & 12” pipeline,(2) compressor stations along with meter/regulation facilities in Harrison and Taylor County WV.
