Manage quality department, customer support. In-process & final Inspection, gage calibrating, first article approval, Floor inspector, Shop Supervisor, Responsibility to oversee several accounts, to ensure process are followed, quality standards are achieved and that all of the purchase order requirements are meet. The accounts total 6 million in sales of machined parts. Responsible for 22 class A hi-rise office building and several office building and parking structures, totaling 12 million sq. ft, staffed with 300 union and non-union members, that include services such as housekeeping, floor refurbishment services, and maintenance & repair. Accounts include but are not limited to: Class A hi-rise office buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, shopping mall, residential and manufacturing facilities. I was responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing these businesses relationships & interfacing regularly with property management, tenants, and site supervisors of buildings with consistent communication and conducting personal walkthroughs to assure the highest quality of service and performance. I was also responsible for staffing, maintaining supply inventory & budgets, managing man hours, approving time sheets, annual employee reviews, employee training, disciplinary action, and providing reports to executive management and property management. I also generate leads for new accounts and upsell any ancillary services such as maintenance work, equipment installs, floor waxing, carpet cleaning, detailing, etc.
