About Joseph Walter

I am an Account Manager with CLEAResult, an energy efficiency consulting firm whose primary customers are utility companies. We manage and implement energy efficiency programs for electric, gas and other utility companies to better serve their customers. I currently represent PPL Electric Utilities Business Energy Efficiency Program. We work with PPL Electric Utility commercial customers to assist them with identifying energy saving improvements and submitting them for rebates in the program. Qualifying improvement projects like upgrading old lighting to LED or upgrading old equipment to new energy efficient equipment can get businesses rebates from PPL Electric. Commercial customers typically use a large amount of electric energy, and there are usually many ways they can reduce their electric use, and save money. I have worked for CLEAResult or an affiliated company since 2010 in the energy efficiency business. I began in Residential programs promoting energy efficiency and helping utility customers save money and become more energy efficient. I have conducted Energy Audits for residential electric utility and gas utility customers, and educated them on saving energy in their homes. Through this work I have learned a great deal about energy efficiency in general, but there is a lot more to be learned!
