About Joseph Warner

My ultimate goal is to find a job that I love doing, a position that I can be the best version of myself every day. It gives me great satisfaction knowing I have made a positive impact in the world and in my local community, that’s why I enjoy working in higher education. For me, there is no greater pursuit than to help others realize their full potential. This is what wakes me up in the morning, knowing that I can impact a young person’s life and change the trajectory of their future. Over the years, I've benefited from the help of mentors and I have done my best to learn from their example and advice. I've recently started to mentor some students at my school. As I have relayed to them many times, regardless of where you are in life, your circumstances, your unique experiences, your past, your problems, are always going be waiting for you. However, the difference between success and failure is how you approach these challenges. Many times, just by changing your perspective, your approach, and by remaining positive, you will realize your problem is an opportunity to grow. I have taken this approach in my life and it has made all of the difference.
