About Joseph Willis

I am a passionate Operations Executive with over 10 years’ experience in leadership and operations roles for Britain’s largest national retailer. Managing 500 stocktakes per year, I work with a large geographical range of stores to navigate them through the implementation of a world-leading stock management process. As well as ensuring process accuracy by analysing data, I constantly review routines to drive improvement and streamline processes to increase efficiency and standardisation. As the central point of contact during stocktakes, I guide the teams in cooperating with internal stakeholders and external count suppliers. My strong communication skills enable me to connect with people quickly, and I have written and conducted more than 300 training programmes over the last 7 years. I am a self-starter and with my engaging personality, I can change a room and invigorate a positive team atmosphere. Through my active role in the Diversity and Inclusivity Team, I contribute to a healthy and safe work environment for everyone which is a matter close to my heart. I am currently learning German
