About Joseph Wilson

Joseph’s 24 years of project management experience and technical knowledge in landscape architecture, planning and irrigation design is a valuable resource to every land development project he helps foster and grow. Having worked in over 20 states, he has a broad and extensive understanding of zoning, land entitlement, plant selection/design, site construction development, and construction administration to help facilitate and manage any size project from start to finish. Joe prides himself in providing design solutions that are aesthetically pleasing and meet client expectations, all while maintaining a good rapport with jurisdictional agencies. Joe’s completed projects have included conceptual planning to detailed construction documentation and specifications, including contract administration and construction review. His past work ranges from extensive knowledge and management in urban landscape design, sports facilities, landscape/irrigation design, park/plaza design, and mixed use commercial development projects as well as general knowledge in master planned community design, residential planning and design, and resort/golf course design. In addition, Joe is an EPA/Irrigation Association Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) as well as a certified Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) that gives him the rare combination of plant/water methodology expertise in which he encourages clients, jurisdictions, and communities to embrace efficient water management with more of a xeric, drought tolerant perspective. Joseph is a proud graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture. Currently licensed Landscape Architect in Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska. National registration with CLARB since 2004, and EPA/Irrigation Association, since 2009.
