About Josephine Dimanche

I am currently completing my Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I love the healthcare industry, especially working with children and adolescents, and pursuing a career in nursing. I am consistent, goal-driven, organized and detail-oriented. I love to learn and be challenged. When a client with ASD (autism) had a tantrum I used physical stimulus to determine how to redirect their attention to a preferred activity to establish the client's motive of operation so we were able to continue progress with a behavior intervention plan. This demonstrates my ability to deescalate a situation while under pressure and to reach a goal. Helping resolve issues is interpersonal aspect of healthcare that I find motivating. While working in various health care areas, I have seen those in need. This has inspired my drive to help those around me and to do the best I can.
