About Josephine Grima

I am an experienced Human Resources practitioner whose purpose is to build and maintain sound relationships through the application of HR best practices; offer guidance and support by delivering excellent customer service; ensure that simplified processes and procedures, appropriate data as well as analytical tools, to support strategic decision making, are in place through the use of HR Information Systems. I accomplish these objectives through collaborative and team effort, optimizing resources, empowering people, being hands-on, listening to the individual, as well as, adapting to business requirements. I graduated in the Bachelor of Commerce Hons Degree in Management, with an interest in the HR field. I am a genuine, loyal and trustworthy person who always strives to be sincere and consistent in what I do in life. I am meticulous in what I do and deal with sensitive matters professionally. Integrity, trust and respect are my core values. My willingness to lend a helping hand led me to join a small group of people from MSSP and travel to Peru to undertaken a 3 week missionary experience. The simple things in life, my family and close friends, make me feel happy and fulfilled.
