About Josh Anaf

I am a lawyer in MinterEllison's Human Resources & Industrial Relations team who was admitted to practice in 2015. Having previously competed a six month rotation in the Media Litigation team, I bring practical and strategic thinking to the HR & IR team. I have represented both public and private sector organisations defending litigious claims including unfair dismissal, general protections, workplace bullying and discrimination claims in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court, in addition to advising on a range of administrative law matters. I also advise organisations in relation to non-litigious matters including drafting contracts, policies and procedures, general employment law matters including compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009, transfer of business issues as well as advising organisations regarding executive and employee separations and redundancy procedures. In the industrial relations space, I have advised public and private sector employers on a range of matters including in relation to enterprise bargaining, good faith bargaining applications, reviewing and interpreting enterprise agreements and modern awards and responding to industrial action.
