About Josh Bailey

I am an experienced and qualified Build Supervisor with strong planning and leadership. I have specialized in track and locate, surveying, civils and cabling. I have many years of telecoms experience and in that time I have developed my skills considerably. As a result of my previous experience, I am a diligent worker with a careful eye for detail and have vast experience in installing and repairing network lines. Within this role I have worked independently using initiative to resolve issues and complete, cost-effective tasks to support customers and the company. I am confident in working in a customer lead environment and also liaising with other team members to work effectively. I pride myself in being hard working and always strive to achieve the best in all areas of work; I am eager to learn new skills, take on new challenges and develop my knowledge where possible. With being Ex Forces I carry the core values that the army has taught me from being disciplined, selfless commitment to integrity. I have leadership qualities and always willing to step up and take on new challenges to progress my career in the telecoms sector.
