Carry out a wide range of maintenance activities including planned maintenance routines, breakdown repairs, shutdowns, and outages. Responsible for maintaining process, utility and safety critical equipment. Tasks involve removals, diagnostics, overhauls, installations, alignments and condition monitoring. Act as responsible PA for mechanical work fronts ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. Focal point for planning of 2023 shutdown activities where accountable for mechanical work scope readiness preparation and execution. Earned promotion to stand-in as Lead Mechanical Supervisor in 2018 for 5th week cover. Accountable for ensuring the weekly mechanical maintenance schedule is delivered. Provide direct and proactive supervision of technicians and external third party vendors on a day to day basis setting clear objectives and ensuring all company safety expectations are adhered to. Focal point to manage technical requests from onshore engineering support and provide reliable assurance to the asset. Demonstrate admirable leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
