About Josh Bloch

One of the hardest skills I've had to learn in life was the ability to talk about myself, but come along this short journey about my journey in life! I started working when I was around 16, and have not stopped since. I have worked in a plethora of industries, but have come to find that I THRIVE in a customer-facing, and customer-interacting role. I love going above and beyond and giving my all with every interaction I have, no matter how big or small. I have used this in every role I have held, and it has provided me with so many opportunities for growth and success. I have worked in sales, billing, payroll/entry-level HR style role, and multiple roles within property management. Out of all of these roles, my time in property management has been the most rewarding. The connections I had the honor of building, and the number of homes I was able to place people in continue to bring me joy to this day. When I am not working, I like to work out, spend time with my 2 corgis, travel, and game. I also love to spend my time outdoors and go for a hike on a new trail atleast once a month (even if that means driving to a different city). I just want to live my life while I can, and enjoy every second! As far as my professional expertise, I have over 10 years of sales, customer service, and leadership/management experience. I am very proficient in sales operations, and this does include sales operations within the property management scope as well. I have experience working within a payroll/entry level HR role. I pride myself on my attention to detail, and my ability to kick off the ground running in any role that I step into. I strive for greatness and will never stop until the job is done, or the sale is closed.
