About Josh Bohney

My name is Josh Bohney and I’m a real estate broker that will help buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate interests in the south Denver area. These locations include Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, and Englewood. I started off as a door to door salesman which helped me with social skills and understanding of the business. Although I was successful at it, it wasn’t very rewarding to me because I prefer to help people and grow relationships. So after some consideration I finally got my real estate license and got into a business where I can help people every day with one of the most important decisions in their lives. Born and raised in Colorado I’m proud to call it my home. I played almost every sport while growing up but only found success in wrestling where I was a state qualifier and selected to be on the Colorado national team for freestyle. I went to Arapahoe Community College where I quickly found that it wasn’t something for me. The decision was influenced by not having a passion in any of the career fields and partially because my mom passed away from a 9 year battle with cancer which made school seem not as important. So while I was trying to find my way in life I found an opportunity in the real estate industry. I found the passion I was looking for in a career and got my license. I may be young, but I’m focused and driven to do a good job and seek the highest education in real estate in order to help others make an important decision as easy and painless as possible.
