About Josh Cahill

As a recent MSc, Digital Marketing student at Dublin City University, where I achieved a 2:1 grade, I strive to continue improving my skills and knowledge through real-world experience. As a current store manager in the retail industry, I will focus on developing my leadership and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced industry that will set me up as a future leader in your organisation. This role has helped me explore a deeper level of leadership, problem-solving, and people management. After working in the retail industry and graduating with a Upper Second-Class honours degree (2:1) in Business and Management from Maynooth University, I embarked on a path of higher responsibilities and greater challenges by studying this MSc program. As a dedicated learner committed to continuous improvement, I have completed multiple certificates and courses to expand my expertise. My proactive approach also led me to secure a summer internship with Eos Elite, where I gained invaluable hands-on marketing experience. During this internship, I managed social media channels, analysed data, created and edited content, and contributed to business strategy development. These experiences have significantly enhanced my marketing skills and broadened my understanding of the industry.
