About Josh Casper

Growing up playing hockey, I was always the last one to leave the locker room because I loved talking and making connections with people. After university, I continued making connections in the meat industry in Chicago. This was a great first step for me and allowed me to build my professional skills in multiple areas. I had the opportunity to analyze business operations, engage in selling, partake in procurement, and of course, make connections with others. It seemed like an underground world; most things are done before the sun comes up and verbal commitments were the norm instead of purchase orders. At the end of the day, it relied on simple aspects of providing value and being reliable. All things that every business should strive to do. I was fortunate to get an opportunity to work in Human Resources, a shift I never saw coming. Little did I know, it made perfect sense. When the opportunity to work at Altis, a company with amazing values and growth potential comes, I grabbed it. This move allowed me to continue building on my skills and values while also bringing forward new challenges and opportunities. The core of everything I have done has related to connections and people. Not only helping clients succeed, but also helping candidates succeed.
