About Josh Chesney

We believe that a successful project is the product of a successful relationship with our client. It is a project that, in the end, provides the correct balance between our clients budget, needs and goals, while at the same time integrating inspiration and creativity. Our design process is built on a foundation of constant communication with our client. Throughout each phase of design we emphasize the interaction of the team through consistently scheduled programming/design review meetings and maintain an open line of communication throughout the entire project. As Chief Development Officer I work with our clients during the conceptual design phase to develop concepts and creative solutions. This includes architectural renderings as well as video animations to illustrate these concepts. I am also responsible for the day to day design coordination with our architecture and engineering team.
