Over 24 years of R&D mechanical engineer experience in electronics product, such as NB, mobile phone, tablet, peripherals, IP camera, and video server, indoor and outdoor WiFi device… etc. Independent to complete the product form product spec to manufacturing over 40 units. 5 years of practical experience as a manufacturing process engineer and be located at the factory. Including work in Shanghai for 2 years for the factory setup. 6 years of experience on the handheld device. 3 years of experience on the NB. 3 years of experience on the IP Camera and video server. 2 years of experience on the indoor and outdoor WiFi device. 2 years of experience on the gaming peripherals. 1 year of experience on the tablet. 2 year of experience on the WiFi device. Familiar with the knowledge of design such as FMEA, DFx, SPC, 6 sigmas. Familiar with the plastic parts including double injection and insert molding, sheet metal, die casting, aluminum extrusion. Familiar with the design for the Quality Assurance such as shock and vibration, thermal, EMI/ESD, drop, compression test, waterproof …etc. Familiar with using Pro/E Creo 3.0 and AutoCAD. Familiar with system integration and TOP-DOWN design by Pro/E. Good understanding of the characteristics and parameters of various materials which are used in electronics products. Ability to handle multiple projects and the tooling at the same time. Ability to handle the cost assessment, such as the assembly cost, the material cost, and the tooling cost … etc. Ability to audit many cross functions, such as the mechanical design, the tooling vendor and the factory side base on our experience.
