While in high school, I was a strong student in anatomy, but my accounting and entrepreneurship classes also intrigued me. My college classes and advisor showed me that my calling in Health Policy and Administration. I thrive when interacting with fellow classmates to create collaborative opportunities, which this major provides. The Health Policy and Administration Program continually challenges me to improve my interpersonal skills. I find myself striving for excellence through leadership development, improving my professional communication skills, embracing creativity, incorporating vital networking opportunities with healthcare professionals. These strong leadership skills and industry knowledge are necessary to meet the demands of future patients and the business needs of the healthcare industry.
