Top Accomplishments • Launching, scaling and directing Walgreens fourth micro fulfillment site to meet and exceed forecast in all operating areas as Director of Microfulfillment, supporting site design and implementation launch of $50MM state of the art robotic fulfillment center, scaling prescription services to over 170 locations across CO, NE, WY and SD, shipping 450K orders monthly at more than 98% on time service level. • Leading workstreams to deliver $300MM cost savings through optimization of Walgreens field structure, reconstructing responsibilities and compensation across front of store and pharmacy operations, improving productivity throughout the pandemic while simultaneously reducing operating hours and costs of labor. • Designing and leading delivery of Walgreens largest field retention bonus in company history, acknowledging the contribution of high performing pharmacy and front of store leadership, rewarding success, establishing financial control systems and retaining top talent through an exceptionally challenging hiring and retention period. • Leading field structure championing $90M M&A conversion of more than 1300 Rite Aid locations and Rite Aid team members to the Walgreens organization, developing a robust operational feedback loop driving rapid and progressive optimization of conversion and people integration processes, achieving and exceeding team member and customer retention targets.
