About Josh Compton

I work for Facilities Contracting filling the AVP role. My role primarily consists of supporting our president with operations, business strategies, asset acquisitions, supporting our HR and Administrative staff and controller, and leading our PM office and field superintendents to ensure our business is operating, adapting, innovating, and producing the way we need to be on all booked business. My role allows me to lead and support business development and pre-construction efforts and provide executive level support all the way through project close out. We are a tight nit group and separate ourselves in the industry for our client-centric focus and transparency through all projects. We don’t walk away from any project that we cannot be proud of, and always strive to ensure we stop at nothing short of client satisfaction and long term partnerships. We carry this same approach with all clients, design firms, and subcontractors alike.
