I started my career in the world’s greatest Navy as a rescue swimmer. I have been hooked on emergency medicine ever since. I left the Navy to be a paramedic for the city of Galveston where I became a CCEMTP and helped develop the flight program there. Since then I went to nursing school and worked in the ER for the last six years. Currently I am the EMS Liaison for Medical Center of Lewisville and have the chance to work with my EMS brothers again. I love all the new opportunities in my position and I’m currently taking a more active role in the hospital’s Emergency Management.
