As an executive-level product manager and growth strategist, the success of my entire company’s product portfolio rests on my team’s performance. Our work can be fast-paced, with short deadlines, development bottlenecks, and competitive market obstacles. I shape our long-term product strategy and roadmaps to overcome these challenges so we can continue our strong growth trajectory. I also make a positive impact by building, leading, and coaching incredible teams. My career began at the bottom of the ladder, and I’ve spent the past decade earning progressive leadership roles to my current director title. I have a complete understanding of each employees’ experience and I know how to empower excellence. In all of my leadership roles, I have prioritized my employees’ success above everything else. I genuinely care about each and every person, so I offer frequent career development and mentoring opportunities so they can improve and excel in their roles. As a director at Rapid Recon, I established a pilot program to capture valuable feedback during the earliest stage of product development. Customers are now involved in every stage of feature creation, design, testing, and implementation. Previously, I received awards and promotions from Toyota corporate management in recognition of outstanding sales, excellent customer service, and a reputation for personal drive. In the eight years I worked for Toyota, I repeatedly took on extra responsibility on own initiative.
