About Josh Crawford

The service aspect of my work with the Air Force Continental Group, that provides a high-quality and affordable living environment for military families who choose to live on base, has been key to my long-term commitment to this field. This public (Air Force) and private (Corvias, Equity Partners, Investors) partnership improves and modernizes homes and the neighborhoods of military families on military bases in five states. In my SVP leadership role, I ensure that operations comply with requirements and that ownership interests are represented throughout operations and each development project. Additionally, I assess the quality and long term marketability and sustainability of each group of homes, and ensure that they are effective for military families, efficient in operation and an asset we are proud to represent. I serve as the key point of contact for all communication with Air Force project managers, section chiefs and the AFCEC housing chief as well as on base wing leadership. Key responsibilities in this role include: creating long term strategic plans, hold contractors and consultants accountable, manage to financial metrics, build and sustain long-distance relationships, represent diverse interests of partners.
