I build things from scratch — brands, teams, systems, and opportunities — and I make them work. For the past eight years, I’ve led Vagrant Coffee, growing it from a single idea into a multi-location operation with 30+ staff, international supplier negotiations, multiple acquisitions, and scalable compensation models that outperformed industry norms. I’ve designed and delivered structured trainings across Marines, clergy, corporate teams, and executives — creating programs where people don’t just learn, they transform. I live in the space where tradition meets innovation. I respect systems that work, but I’m just as comfortable rewriting the playbook when old models fail. Whether it’s negotiating global supply terms over WhatsApp, building data-informed growth strategies, or guiding teams through high-stakes transitions, I operate best where clarity, adaptability, and vision are required. Along the way, I’ve worn the hats of CEO, COO, CMO, and Head of Learning — often simultaneously. I’ve built end-to-end structures for compensation, onboarding, training, partnerships, and operational scaling, giving me a uniquely cross-functional view of how strategy meets execution. I’m now exploring fractional executive roles, CEO opportunities, and strategic partnerships where I can apply that hybrid of entrepreneurial creativity and operational rigor to help organizations grow, adapt, and lead in their space.
