PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGER | PROCESS IMPROVEMENT | OPERATIONS MANAGER I am a retired Military Officer with 15+ years of Federal Government and Management experience with the Top Global Security Firm of the World. I have worked as an IT Project Manager for US Army Cadet Command where I have successfully migrated every operating system in all JROTC and SROTC program in America and other countries. I was the Executive Manager for Fort Knox, KY that has extreme in-depth skills with Operations and Project Management. I have taken a non-existent infrastructure rebuilding and security program in a foreign hostile country and created a 400 man police force as well as over jobs that increased stability by decreasing attacks by 75%. I am a confident proven leader that easily transitions into unfamiliar leadership roles and does not settle for the minimum standard. I have and can take a group of diverse people, create inclusion and motivation to form the best team possible maximizing their individual strengths to accomplish any objective. I treat everyone with respect and have gained theirs in return. I have taken my Resources and Technology/Project Management education and applied it to my past duties and responsibilities which has aided in me being chosen for many positions that were above my pay grade over the last 10+ years. Although I did not have the Six Sigma Certificates of Training until recent years, I have always implemented ways to make every process I have been in charge of Leaner and more efficient. I am excited to be part of a new career where I can apply all that I have learned with the military and IT community. I do believe my skill sets and experience will fit in a variety of industries. Although there may be a small learning curve, I assure you that this is nothing new to me, and I will quickly become the Subject Matter Expert in whatever I am tasked with.
