With over 12 years of experience at Live Nation Entertainment, I currently serve as Security Manager, a role I stepped into in February 2023. In this position, I lead a team of 150+ security personnel and oversee all aspects of venue safety, from strategic planning and budgeting to frontline operations and customer relations. My responsibilities include managing staffing logistics for events, conducting security advances with touring personnel, implementing policies aligned with Global Security directives, and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff. I’m also responsible for resolving escalated customer concerns and overseeing venue-wide CCTV and surveillance systems. I bring a strong foundation in leadership and operational management, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Social Entrepreneurship from Roberts Wesleyan University. I'm passionate about building safe, welcoming environments where live events can thrive—driven by a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
