About Josh Fuoco

I’ve always enjoyed chatting up folks and learning about others, I’m passionate about people and making connections. I bring an energetic leadership style to my teams and get excited when helping to create data & technology based solutions. I got my start in junior high leading diverse teams to competitive success, playoffs, and championships. Since then, I’ve continued leading teams to achieve corporate awards, performance incentives, project milestones, and to healthy thriving conditions after chaos. I help others create innovative solutions (people + software) that the customer needs and can also use! Using my strategic mindset, I cast vision, create a plan, set goals, and coach people to get out of their comfort zone to attain their goals. With a keen sense of focus and an eye for detail, I challenge the accepted, continually innovate, and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. Focused on a positive team atmosphere, I highly value integrity, encouragement, collaboration, and sharing each other’s success. Technology is fun for me because in combining people + data + software, I am able to create exponentially for other’s good. Outside of work, you will find my wife and I answering to the demands of our school-age children while enjoying 90's country music, volunteering with our church, coaching youth sports, and rooting for all teams in the Black & Gold. I may not be perfect, but I try to do all things with passion and integrity!
