About Josh Gingras

Manager of products and programs in the management and security space. Technical seller, architect, consultant who has spent the last twenty years designing, managing, and selling enterprise solutions based on Microsoft technologies. I gained most of my early experience working in large Active Directory environments used by the United States military. I shifted to civilian consulting in 2006 and have led technology projects for customers across the United States, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 enterprises. I moved to enterprise technical sales in 2015 covering the Minneapolis metropolitan area and surrounding states. I spent several years assisting enterprise customers with Microsoft 365 enablement and migration initiatives, and now sit in Microsoft's engineering division driving customer learnings into the development of our security and management products. I have deep expertise in Windows 11, Office 365, Windows Server, the Microsoft Defender suite, and the Microsoft System Center suite of management products. I have an extensive background in server management, desktop engineering, operating systems deployment, and cloud architecture – private, public, and hybrid. I hold advanced Microsoft certifications in client deployment, client management, and virtualization.
