With over twenty years of experience in F&I, I've honed my expertise in launching and leading high-performing teams at the Wolfe Automotive Group. My mission is to exceed performance standards, deliver exceptional Sales and F&I performance by applying my skills individually along with training and mentoring aspiring business managers. At the core of my professional ethos is a dedication to fostering success through practical skills, game planning innovative strategies, and a passion for leading.Currently, as the Financial Services Director, I oversee a dynamic multi-store F&I Department, where I've successfully implemented staff training and management programs and processes that have elevated our performance benchmarks year over year. Leveraging my skills and experience in business development and key account management for our Acura stores, I guide my team to thrive in the fast-paced dealership environment, emphasizing the importance of compliance, asset protection, problem solving, adaptability, strategic planning, client and lender relationships, support and a customer-centric approach that achieves high performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. We consistently earn national top rankings for Acura and Honda in both PVR and product penetration. All while earning Acura's Highest Award, The Acura Precision Team award year after year after year. I've launched new stores for Jay Wolfe and we've turned a failing location into a thriving one after purchasing it from a competing dealer group and implementing our business plan, culture, and processes.
