As the Boat Office Manager at the Scottish Seabird Centre, I oversee the daily operations and administration of the boat trips that showcase the amazing wildlife and scenery of the Firth of Forth. I have been working at this charity for over six years, and got promoted from Team Assistant in 2021. My core competencies include data analysis, flexible schedule, and coordinate meetings. I use data analysis to monitor and evaluate the boat trips' performance, customer feedback, and environmental impact. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt to the changing weather and tide conditions, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of the visitors. I also coordinate meetings with the boat crew, the conservation team, and the external partners to plan and improve the boat trips' quality and sustainability. My mission is to provide an enjoyable and educational experience for the visitors, while supporting the conservation and research of the seabirds and marine life. I am passionate about the radio and television field, and I have a bachelor's degree in broadcasting technology from the University of Sunderland.
