About Josh Harper

I am a recent electronic engineering graduate with a wide range of software development experience, especially in Python and Linux. During my degree I demonstrated an ability to build successful digital products under strict time constraints, often by quickly acquiring skills in unfamiliar technologies. Always looking for opportunities to learn, I am currently honing my coding skills through HyperionDev's software development bootcamp and my own personal projects. Most recently, I developed a Poker calculator in Python, which is able to determine the odds of winning a hand in Texas Hold’em Poker, given any position and any number of players.I greatly enjoy working in team environments, with experience of collaboration in university sports clubs, multidisciplinary engineering projects and customer facing jobs. In all areas I have been praised for my listening skills and willingness to help my colleagues, leading to positive, supportive and open working environments.
