Quality Manager for entire Division consisting of 125 people covering multiple projects. Main responsibility is ensuring that Division is compliant with internal and external requirements through performing internal audits and providing quality insight to all personnel. In QM position, served as main point of contact during external audits from customers. Other duties include creating and maintaining Division documentation and serving as 6S and Continuous Improvement lead. Prior to seving as Quality Manager, served as Project Management leading a team of 10 people across multiple divisions and areas of work. Project Management duties included creating testing schedule and ensuring it is met, creating testing documentation to meet internal and external requirements, building cost estimates based on customer needs, and communicating daily to internal management and customer on status of project. Lead Engineer experience performing testing to customer requirements, training additional technicians, and developing and writing test documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with Project. Strong interpersonal skills.
