I’m a dynamic leader with a unique blend of entrepreneurial expertise, executive management experience, and military discipline. Over the course of my career, I’ve built a reputation for driving growth, optimizing operations, and leading teams with integrity, vision, and purpose. After serving as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer for six years, where I managed logistics for over 150 Marines and Sailors, I transitioned into the private sector to continue making an impact. As a Logistics Officer, I honed my skills in strategic planning, resource management, and team leadership—skills that have been the cornerstone of my professional success. Returning to Ohio, I took on leadership roles in my family business, Hill’s Blacktop & Concrete, a company with over 40 years of history. Starting as Sales Director, I quickly rose to COO and ultimately CEO, where I led the company through significant growth and operational expansion. Under my leadership, we diversified our offerings, secured new markets, and implemented scalable systems that increased efficiency and profitability. I also started and scaled a successful dump truck hauling company, building its operational and financial processes from the ground up. As a business owner and executive, I’ve developed a passion for taking on challenges, solving complex problems, and building high-performing teams. My experience spans operations management, financial analysis, business development, and process improvement—always with a focus on driving results. Now, as I look toward the next chapter of my career, I’m seeking opportunities to apply my leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset in industries with high growth potential.
