As Director of People Ops & Culture, it is my job is to ensure our company succeeds through investing in the success of our team members. I strongly believe that when we hire the right people and ensure they have the proper tools, training and context to succeed at their jobs throughout the entire employee lifecycle, we build a culture of motivated, fulfilled and proactive team members while simultaneously creating a commercially successful company. Having worked as an entrepreneur and by holding multiple positions at FleetOps since 2017, I have a wide range of domain and industry expertise.* Customer Success working directly with the trucking companies who use our services * Brokerage Operations working to help build a successfully divested brokerage * Partnerships Management working with our ELD and TMS partners to successfully build, launch and manage the integrations that power our freight matching and other tech products Having worked in a wide range of customer and partner facing roles I can honestly say that I am incredibly excited, passionate and humbled that I now get to turn my attention inward in order to drive FleetOps’ success by ensuring our staff are well positioned to do their best, most fulfilling work possible.
