About Josh Lederhandler

I'm a user-focused Customer Advocate and Product Leader driving outcome-based initiatives for people. With a rich background in higher education and tech ecosystems, I've had the opportunity to build SaaS, managed cloud and on-premise solutions catering to students and administrators. What sets me apart is my dedication to truly understanding end users and customers. I've spent countless hours engaging with educators on the frontline, immersing myself in the student experience, and discovering what really works. By gathering these insights, I transform them into valuable analysis that helps us create more informed user personas.I’m passionate about transforming complex challenges into scalable solutions that elevate institutional performance and resilience.I absolutely thrive on building practices and toolkits to help organizations, teams, and units change. Leading teams and fostering a peer-to-peer learning culture is my passion. I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty details of a project. Success comes from fully understanding and effectively communicating the processes behind the products I manage.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and trying to break 100 playing golf.If you're interested in chatting more about customer advocacy, global product development, the importance of Change Management in higher education, and navigating diverse markets, don't hesitate to reach out and connect.
