About Josh Lee

Josh is an experienced Senior Executive with over 20 years of leading and advising government and public sector organizations through major transformations. He specializes in policy implementation, digital service delivery, and public procurement and contract negotiations. Josh is passionate about projects that help build a more productive and prosperous future for citizens. Before joining Davis Pier in 2024, Josh served as Senior Executive Director with the Government of Nova Scotia. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning, performance management, and overseeing digital products and services. He was a member of the Executive Leadership Teams at the Department of Health and Wellness and Service Nova Scotia. Josh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Acadia University. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Josh enjoys staying active with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he participates in a variety of outdoor and physical activities, including baseball and volleyball, and supports his daughters in their athletic endeavors.
