About Josh Mansfield

A wide range of experience into sales and the building trade and a love for fun and creativity has led me to my role as Sales Executive for All Play Solutions, a company which allows me to express my innovative drive into developing fun and creative play and learning environments. The benefits of play are endless and are individual to not only different age ranges and abilities but also individual children and young people. Each play area should acknowledge the needs of the children and young people to ensure maximum benefit. My aim is always to see that children and young people can utilise their playgrounds to develop communication skills, friendships and both fine and gross motor skills in a safe space. My own personal drive for physical health and wellbeing is imbedded into my passion to ensure that children develop a positive relationship with fitness and exercise from an early age. Creating a fun and interactive space where children and young people can combine the benefits of social interaction with physical activity is proven to help build a positive relationship with exercise in adulthood. Quality and design are pivotal, which is why through building positive working relationships with schools and local councils, I am passionate and motivated in creating a unique playground each time. I have worked alongside school councils to ensure the involvement of the children in their new fun play space also.
