About Josh Meyer

I am the first point of contact globally for Caterpillar truck body quoting and confuguration support. I determine the correct specifications for truck the body to ensure the customer gets the most out of their large mining truck. I am involved in a variety of different job roles in my current position. I have commercial, marketing, engineering, and product support responsibilities for truck bodies at Caterpillar. I have built strong relationships both internally with the engineering team as well as our sales team in the field. I also do a lot of customer and dealer facing activities. I am adept at communicating with any level of our or the customer/dealer organization. I often give sales or technical presentations to a variety of audience sizes. I have proficient skills in Microsoft office, and am comfortable with numerous windiws operating systems. I am a hard worker and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I am comfortable with business travel as well as relocation. I work well in a team and can lead as needed. Generally I have no problems making new contacts and building relationships within my job function. i have excellent interpersonal skills, can pick up on non verbal cues, and am capable of influencing others to get tasks done both in a smaller and large team setting. I would be a welcome addition to any team looking for a motivated, and experienced sales engineer.
