About Josh Moravec

Over the past 22 yrs. I've had opportunities to explore my interests in construction, computers & technology, woodworking, and Leadership, along with many other areas. During this time I have developed a passion for CADD,(Computer Aided Drafting & Design), learning about culture, empowering others and developing people, and strategic planning, along with many other areas of interest. I believe in a work-life balance philosophy. Treating others as my equal in the workplace as well as working hard to play hard. My family comes first along with securing their future. Which gives me the drive I need to succeed in combination with being sincere in all that I do inside the workplace, as well as in my personal life. Currently I’m an AHIT graduate and have passed the IL State/NHIE exam on November 18th 2021, and have obtained my IL Home Inspection License #450.012801. I believe my areas of exposure to a variety of workplace focuses, history of positive interactions in diverse environments of inclusion, and passion for learning and developing myself along with my teammates, will allow me to be a great fit current and future endeavors throughout life.
