About Josh Murphy

With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, I serve as a Provider Consultant at MBS, specializing in connecting cardiologists and radiologists with high-quality locum tenens opportunities across the country. Working with a fast-growing organization, I focus on delivering a streamlined, tailored experience for both healthcare providers and the hospitals and health systems we support.Earlier in my career, I co-founded a globally recognized tattoo brand, helping launch and grow two successful studios in Arizona that generated more than $8 million in sales. That entrepreneurial experience strengthened my foundation in business development, operations, and relationship management.Today, I bring that same entrepreneurial mindset to healthcare staffing—prioritizing trust, transparency, and long-term relationships while helping physicians find meaningful opportunities and supporting healthcare organizations with dependable locum coverage.
