About Josh Ng

I've spent the last decade designing digital products, with UI and UX at the core of what I do. These days, as a Principal Designer, I spend as much time shaping strategy as I do creating interfaces—working with stakeholders to figure out what we're actually trying to solve before jumping into solutions.I've led design on many complex projects. What I've learned is that good design isn't just about making things look right or even making them intuitive—it's about getting everyone aligned on what success looks like, then building something that actually works for both users and the organisation.I still love the craft of UI and UX, but these days my biggest impact comes from the strategic work: asking the right questions early, facilitating conversations that align teams, and making sure design shapes decisions from the start.
