About Josh Park

Following my time in the Marines as a USMC Corporal I broke into the supply chain industry leveraging my military leadership acumen to manage various business functions including operations, sales, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and most recently, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Over the course of the past 10 years I have taken on progressive leadership roles with the largest packaged ice manufacturer in the US, Reddy Ice. Since getting my start I have assumed Market Manager and Regional Director roles that have given me the chance to strengthen foundational operations while also growing the business by pursuing sales expansion opportunities. These roles uncovered an interest in the finance and business development side of the business and in 2017, I shifted my focus to M&A as Director of M&A, accountable for managing the deal pipeline, due diligence, and integration for Reddy Ice Corporation' s M&A targets.In May 2019, I changed industries to join Stryker Instruments as the Director of Business Development where I work with the Instruments Business units to identify strategic areas of growth, inorganic partnerships within those growth areas and lead negotiations with potential partners.
