About Josh Pasley

I am a well-practiced learning professional, having created and delivered specific learning content for both mentoring and training opportunities for a wide range of stakeholders face-to-face and online. I bring experience from multiple key industries such as legal services, automotive, retail and customer service. As an experienced people leader and project manager, I have led several diverse teams to deliver a consistent and successful L&D strategy through demonstrating my emotional intelligence, adaptability, resilience, collaboration and teamwork while promoting a continuous learning culture. Having developed my experience and skills practically, to build upon my degree level business expertise I am now honing my technical knowledge further through a Level 5 Associate Diploma with CIPD. I am a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
