About Josh Pearson

As an Analyst at PNC, I use my skills in data manipulation, automation, querying, and visualization to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. I have a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Alabama and a Certificate of Completion in Data Analytics and Visualization from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, which have equipped me with the knowledge and tools to analyze financial systems and market conditions. Previously, I was a VP of Specialty Vendors & Strategy at BBVA, where I was responsible for the development, documentation, and monitoring of the bank's skip tracing strategies, data sources, and vendor relationships. I led a team of 60+ managers/associates across multiple sites, and managed a $2M annual budget for outsourcing vendors. I also designed and implemented the bank's first loan modification pre-approval campaign using data profiling, which resulted in a significant increase in customer retention and satisfaction. I am passionate about using data to solve complex problems and create value for businesses and customers. I am adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented, and I always seek to learn new skills and technologies to keep up with the ever-changing financial world.
