I am a high performing, award winning biotech professional possessing extensive experience in leadership, reimbursement, training, coaching, and selling. I have more than 18 years of increasing responsibility in field-based roles providing a unique perspective of healthcare ecosystems, reimbursement, clinical and commercial views. I am proud to be skilled in partnering cross functionally to achieve common goals as I see this as a crucial component to shared success. I have also successfully launched multiple Buy & Bill products with miscellaneous J Codes and assisted customers in navigating clinical objections and access issues utilizing in-depth knowledge of payer and reimbursement landscapes including IDN’s, ACO’s, Medical Groups, and Buy & Bill / Specialty Pharmacy complexities. In addition, I am an effective communicator of clinical, economic and reimbursement information to various key stakeholders and customers.
